Weekends are so hard. We do a lot of BBQing with friends fire pit marshmallows lake and of course beer. I'm not sure how to get past that issue, but I feel like I'm doing great all week. I guess for the summer I'm just going to have to accept that weekends are NOT diet friendly :/.

Just a little check in, this before/ after is after my initial 24 day challenge. :( I didn't take before pix before that unfortunately. I took these one and all I have been doing is eatin healthy, being active and using my advocare :)
MNS-Max3
Catalyst
Thermoplus
Omegaplex
Carbease plus
Spark
Meal replacement shakes (occasionally)

I am aware that the progress is not huge. Nor does it have the OMG factor, but for me it's Impressive, in less than a month I can see results

Down 3 more lbs today from lat week. Lost a total of 7" over all so doing well! First 5k will be June 15th!!! Excited! If you wanna join us let me know!

My current favorite breakfast! 1/4 an avacado, I tomato and 1 egg over easy.....YUM!!

Yeah I've been MIA but not off track, just busy! I've had a few rough days and a few cheats but overall I've done well and am still on track! I have been taking my AdvoCare daily and am feeling great. I'm starting to visibly notice some weight loss but obviously have a long way to go still. Just thought I would check in and I'll try I post more regularly!!

Ok so weekends are hard. I totally fail all weekend long. So my goal for this week is to maintain through the weekend! I haven't Weighed since Thursday, and have to wait because I don't have a scale here at the moment :(. But it may be better that way, I went way off track all weekend long. This morning for breakfast was rye toast and a boiled egg, lunch will be a meal shake and a chicken salad for supper :). Plus I'm going to go walk this evening with a great friend. Measurements didn't change after my cleanse :( boooo but weight was lost and it's a long journey. I will continue the 24 day challenge and in 90 days will cleanse again. Like the photo says, I'm not dieting I am changing a lifestyle, it takes more than a few weeks to be able to continually make the right choices. It's about falling apart and picking it back up, not giving up this time!!!

Not the best choice I've made, but man did it taste good! I made prime rib with mashed potatoes and steamed spinach for the fam last night. I planned on doing just the spinach and some rice. Nah the longer I smelled the prime the more I wanted it!

Anyhow, 205.2 this morning :( doh! It was worth it though. I needed to treat myself.
And it was sooooo good!

Although after I ate I have to say, after my my 6oz prime made it into my tummy it felt like the entire cow!! I could tell that I had ate way too much.

Today it's back to being good, this is day 9 of my cleanse, meaning only today and tomorrow! Then we will take a look back at the measurements. I'll be honest I've lost pounds, but I cat SEE any difference in me, I'm not sure if I have lost any inches or not, but I sure do feel great! It's amazing to me looking back how crappy I felt and didn't even realize it!

203.8. That's right down another pound through the night. Woooo hoooo!!! 3.8 lbs to go in 3 days ( goal was to be down to 200 by the first week in April) 3 more days of my cleanse then it's MNS-max 3 and omegaplex and catalyst. And f course my spark and meal replacement shakes.

Plan for today, clean house, 3 mile walk/jog, 20 min Jillian michaels workout and some yoga tonight.

Ordered the rehydrate gel pouches last night for the boys for state wrestling. And with all of my friends' help made my way up to te next level in advocare! Yeah! Now today I'll put in my order for berry shakes and vanilla shakes and some more spark. :)

Hoping for a great day, I'll try to check back in this evening

Worked my butt off yesterday, and felt amazing! This morning weigh in 204.6! Wooooo!

I'm makin this happen one day at a time, super excited an stoked about bein back to where I was( actually lower) before my cheat weekend! Workout this morning was tough, I'm sore and tired but I did it and am getting ready to take my dog for a jog in a few. Healthy choices for meals, hard workouts and never giving up- it is going to pay off!

Post workout gross-ness. Yikes! Feelin it though. Gonna be sore tomorrow but gonna push through it!
